College days.............

अस नेहमी  आपल्या  बरोबर च   का  होत ,
पहिल्यांदा सवान्प्रमानेच कॉलेज बोअर वाटते
आचानक एक दिवस तो एक चेहरा वर्गात येतो
आणि आखे कॉलेज लाइफ बदलवून टाकतो !
मग, पकाऊ लेकचर  असले तरी वर्गात बसवेसे वाटते
रिसल्ट येत नसला तरी "Practicle " करावेसे वाटते
Extra lecture ठेवले तरी आपली त्याला ना नसते
आगदी रविवारी पण कॉलेजमध्ये जायची तयारी असते

असा करता करता ....................
कॉलेजची वर्षे निघून जातात
जाता-जाता डोळ्यांमध्ये
 विरहाचे आश्रू देऊन जातात ..

Marriage-Improved version of thoughts!

 

Marriage is a job where you can't resign, characterized by one man show accompanied by NIL expectations!
(my def... How Scary!)

Hm... Sounds strange! But yup! How many of you have thought of this before?? (May be at 25th anniversary of marriage but not before.. :) ) Precise words can't define the precision in this case. But all who are having crush/affairs/ (1)who are about to get marry should think of all this BEFORE. 

This is not only emotional glorious moment in your life; but  crossing the bridges of a cute-pampered-tiny winy daughter, you will be a pampering young adult! (Subject is changing gys!! Huge difference! Not just active-passive..!!) You should be able to handle (not only manage ;) your tonnes of responsibilities, running here-N-there for everyone as well as for yourself!

 Hey..Oooh..!  Can't reign with job yaaar..!!  And no other escape from this ...... !!

Today's Discovery....!!!

After a long time had a loooooooooooooooong interactive telephonic conversation with my school best friend. Yes! A realization.! I guess i got exact thread in my hand from where we might lost ourselves..! we are so much involved RIGHT NOW in the world world us; may be few joyful moments, may be few tensions, may be ....what soever..!!

I have no clue about others but what me and my best friend used to do in school was a very fantastic discussion about every thing that we thought is new, that we thought something to learn from, that we thought as a mistake may be... ! Right from school homework to playground stuff, tiffin group problems ..

Actually No subject as such .... but our discussions were fair enough to touch each and every subject..That was an age where maturity per say really develops. we were school going kids, our problems, or our level of categorizing something as "Serious/learning experience" was different. Today we are....Ohhh...! Pretty well grown up adults about to get marry... young, generous, smart, new generation in our families..

Yes! we are changed. our working scenarios , various circumstances we had gone across, our fields are changed, style of living has changed. we used to meet each other. but we were not' WE"
we were two girls knowing each other well, two childhood friends... That's it!But today Ketki in me was talking to "SHE" in my friend.

See, writing this post after a long time! this means i was just living my life for the sake of living. what we usually do are the duties towards family, towards profession. we relax because we need a break from daily schedule. if u are thinking in real manner, u analyze, u discover, u learn. Actually, as we grow , life starts offering more responsibilities. where we need to think about seriously-not only seriously but generously. May be what i can point out in my life is reduced frequency of such an interactive sessions. But as a grown up, i must find out exact solution on it.
Knowing yourself is what is important.

In simple words, creation can never be there unless you are "YOU". we do say each other like "Yes! you are changed! " But this change should not be of loosing one or two excellent cuts of your personality . Achieving something new is all together diff. aspect which can be a welcome change. But We should never loose "WE" ....... Catch these kind of unique moment and keeping the process is what is a challenge in front of you. "WE" are very precious to someone..

All right. Lot many things i realized and i guess it's a peace. When you are unsatisfied or having half of the knowledge ; mind continuously revolves around the thought and a moment comes where in you can feel "Brain-beats " .. So, I think i will definitely stop writing this post.

Touch Of Reality..

Today willing to write something different.. Not exactly about the politics or Indian Government issues as such! But being 18+ youth what comes in my mind..
Most important thing is Practical Application. Matter could be of any thing. May be some issues highlighted before election and not being taken care of; or mostly what i want to emphasis today is about "Education"....!!
Now a days No. Of new branches and subjects are coming up laying very important role in various industries ie. HR, Management..! thosands of student getting trained with highest degrees of Economics. Where are those people? Don't you think so guys that world's no. 1 Indian 'Lokashahi" and "savidhan" should include these parameters now? Is that so that management people who learn how exactly an " Ideal Leader " should be are just to make use of their knowledge for earning their own bread and butter? Or being sofesticated , educated degree holder should run door-to-door to submit an excellent CV and simply waiting for an opportunity for an interview?
Don't we think so the proper training in human resource management is required for tackling millions of Indian residents?
Don't we think so that all the politician should have desired level of qualification inclusive of HR and Management skill which will certainly help in tackling public problem as calmly and efficiently without making fun of "Indian Democracy?" Don't we think the real need is of oppointing certain people in Economics only to work under Finance Minister ?
If any of small institute can recruit excellent counselors for handling clientele queries , why world's No. 1 Democracy think of op pointing team of counselors for handling Ind0-Pak issues? Certainly experienced politicians doing a job well!! But can't any training session be arraigned inclusive of counseling issues?
If sales team can perform target-oriented giving satisfied results to companies, can the kind of attitude be used for "Indian Economics?"
Where are talent recruiters? Where are diplomatic leaders who get the issue done at proper time rather than simply making ISSUES out of issues? After 60 years of Independence really there is a need of accommodating some designations ? Is there really no point in being flexible and modifying few stuffs which can really push our Dear India on top??
No need of creating 'Adolf Hitler Of India" ..... No need of fighting on age-old topics .... No need of burning Indian Property .... No need of fighting among us .....

Lets beat the devils........ Together............. United.......... With the brains that we have, with the talent that we pamper, enhance, inculcate.. V can... !!! V should...... !!!
